Timelapse movie with date/time

Does anyone out there know of an app where you can adjust he frequency of when pictures are taken for a movie, but also puts a date/time stamp in the pictures when it combines them to make a movie. I am trying to determine the amount of sunlight that my greenhouse is being exposed to over the course of a day.
