Timeout in ipad

Hi :)



I have a question about the "timeout" in iPad settings regarding blocking certain apps.

(See attached screenshot)

For the stop to be permanent, do I have to set it to, for example, 9am to 9am or 8pm to 8pm ?

Does this apply to the "unauthorized" apps I've selected in the "always authorized" section ?
