Timer Notifications on AW - synched

Been playing around with Background Refresh Settings on my Apple Watch

I've noticed Timers when set on IP with refresh on or OFF, when the timer expires, it will alert on phone on Watch

If I set a timer on AW, with refresh on or OFF. No change. The alert only sounds on the Watch

Is there a way that when I set a timer on AW, it also alerts on the Phone ?
