iPod touch times in Calendar not syncing- dates are???

HI - My dates are syncing from my MAC to my iTouch but the times set with them are not. I am just getting random times when I look at my iTouch.

Any thoughts???

if you go to settings --> mail, contacts, calendars, and scroll all the way to the bottom under calendars, make sure the time zone is correct
