Hi all, have a iPhone 13 Pro Max, and have been experiencing a tingling feeling from holding the phone short periods of time.

Anyone else experience this?

This really only happened to me when holding my iPhone 11 Pro Max for an extended period of time, maybe 3-4 hours (I had covid then if you’re wondering why I was holding it for so long)

It’s heavier so I’ll assume it takes less time than it 11 did for the same issue to arise.

bruh....

It's probably the weight giving you carpal tunnel or something idk...
As a carpal tunnel veteran (had surgery on both wrists decades ago) I'd say yes, you need to see an orthopedic hand specialist to rule out carpal tunnel. Fortunately, nerve conduction tests and others can confirm if you have carpel tunnel and the surgery is very simple.

You are gripping it too hard. You fingers are losing circulation. Has nothing to do with any electrical radiation.

My iPhone 13 tingles when I pick it up - it is true no matter which hand I use - like an extremely weak shock - I worry because I have a three-lead Abbott pacemaker with an ICD that might be affected - any replies?

I had surgery mid 80’s on left wrist. Ancient stuff and nasty scar. But it worked as far as range of motion and lack of pain.

You need to adjust how you hold it and possibly look into a case that has rounder edges and a material that is more grippy, should help in reducing how hard you hold on it.
