General Tinyumbrella won't start help!

So it's been weeks my tinyumbrella won't start like it would say reticulating libraries i think then after that nothing happens. so i reformat my laptop hoping it would fix my problem and then the first thing i downloaded which was TU when my laptop just finished reformatting. it worked and i used the same java update 7 something like that. then when i tried it on the next day it didn't work anymore. i can c it running in the task manager. i tried to install java 32 bit and even 64 nothing happens...uninstalled it and i used those older version of java the same thing happened. i went to registry to delete that semaphore still did the same thing. i used older version of TU i'm having the same result. rename it everything ah!! it wont work..but before it was working fine in my laptop ok macbook running in windows 7 64 bit. but i dont know what is the problem actually. i did everything to fix it but i couldn't get it to work..i even run it as administrator put it in every compatibility win 95 to win 7 the same thing happened. need help hope someone could help me thanks..
