I sent an email to cust service asking if there was a catch or anything and this is what I received a few mins ago:

There is no catch to the free bumpers. All you have to do is fill in the information requested to receive it. Unfortunately, we are currently out of the free bumpers at this time.

Call me crazy, but generally I find out if a site is legit BEFORE giving them my info.
Generally, I do the same. In this case I acted fast. I would have questioned it more if I was submitting cc information.
Thing is though, tipb.com is a legit site, so no one need worry. Rene Ritchie, the head over there is a good guy! Active on their forums too!
How do you know? Did you get a confirmation email?
Can you assure these are legit, OEM apple bumpers they are giving away? Can you ask Mr Ritchie what is going on and why they are giving them away with free shipping?
No theyre not official bumpers, thats been covered in this thread, just read back. Theyre third party bumper style cases theyre giving away, they're giving them away oh i dont know, drive traffic to their site, get pub, be cool people, i mean thats not obvious?
I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, but I choose to remain positive. Thanks, OP, for letting us know about this. I was able to get in pretty quickly and had clear as my first choice and purple as #2.
