Does anyone here have extensive experience with installing/uninstalling invisible shield on macbooks?

Is there a special way to remove the invisible shield from a macbook pro/macbook air?

I just installed mine and I want to take it off since I did such a shabby job.

Does anyone have any tips on how to cleanly install the shield? It's so frustrating!

I applied them onto 2 MBAs without a problem. You need to be aggressive about purging all the dust specks that's caught underneath skin, and not be afraid to lift up the just-applied skin to remove the specks. You shouldn't worry about bubbles and ridges, even the largest ones will go away given a few days.
I think it's quite difficult to remove the skin after it's dried off, you should just ask for a replacement and try again. However, if you were generous with the soap liquid, it should be quite easy/safe to pulll it off right away and reapply.
Don't worry if the application doesn't look good right Away, as long as it is free of visible dust, it'll end up looking perfect, trust me.
My installation experience: 2 mbas, 1 mbp, 3 iPhones
