Tips for those who are new to the iPhone...

My first iPhone will soon arrive in the mail (hopefully this Friday) and I'm excited to finally have one. I was hoping that those of you who have been iPhone owners for a while, could help out the newbies such as myself. What are some tips that we should know as new users?

Setup tips?
Case/screen protector suggestions?
Ways to save battery life?
Anything else you can think of

Setup is pretty basic... other than adding a few apps, adding your email, and getting Facebook not much really!
Battery:
Turn off BT and wifi and turn it on when u need it.
keep screen brightness down
um fetch emails less often
don't run lots of power-hungry apps at the same time via multitask
exit apps so the phone goes into sleep mode
Anything else?
