I am tempted to purchase the full-body Zagg InvisibleShield for my Macbook Pro; however, I am also hesitant about the application process because it requires water (excess moisture) in order to activate the adhesive. I hope that I prove successful in applying the InvisibleShield without causing any water damage, but I would really like to know the "extra" steps taken by other users to prevent damage to their Macbooks during application.

What really worries me is the palmrest area...it seems to me that liquid moved in the wrong direction can easily seep into the keyboard.

End diary entry of a natural worry wart.

Use a lot of spray if you want to make your application easy; don't bother attempting it without the spray since that would impossible; also the spray prevents air bubbles from forming.

Just keep a folded towel close at hand; and when you squeegee the liquid out the sides, keep the towel handy to soak the liquid as you squeegee.

Finally let it dry for at least 24 hours.
