Titanium AW5 kink on an awesome device

The SB Milanese Loop will indeed scratch the screen as well as the ceramic back! It is super hard and needs to be handled with care so it doesn't come in contact with the Watch body.

I habe read you claim this a number of times already. Is there any proof for this beyond that one notorious youtube video? Because his methodology was flawed and has been refuted.

In any case the overwhelming practical experience of many, many users on this forum (and others) is that the Sapphire screen of the Stainless (and Edition) Watches is very hard to scratch and in most cases remains flawless for years and years.
Yes I base my claim on this video mostly, and he confirmed it is sapphire, just not as pure as watchmaking standard. I also saw couple threads here arguing and posting pictures of scuffed AW crystals. I would be more than happy to corroborate this claim if I had a spare SS AW and some Mohs picks.

Either ways I'm not saying Apple's sapphire is bad, I'm just saying that it's more prone to scratch relatively to the crystal used on mechanical watches. I also haven't experience any scratches or scuffs on my AW sapphire display but I haven't really tried to get any either.

But I think if you don‘t have any other proof, you shouldn‘t actually be saying that. There have been enough tests done by more credible sources that run counter to the results of that youtube guy.
