Probably. Where there is a market there will be a product. We've already seen at least one company announce an aftermarket back plate (the site offering the 200 year old African wood panels).... It's just a matter of time for metal backs as well.
I didn't think they looked bad 😕 Ridiculously expensive, sure. But a step in the right direction. For every expensive case/mod/addon there is always going to be a cheaper alternative.

i have a CNC table, so i will try to figure out the curves and thickness and crap like that and see if i can make one myself
Hey is that really all titanium. Or is it a titanium sheet stuck to some plastic? The first two look good the last not so much. It would be great if they were solid titanium.

These are solid all the way through with all original iphone components present and accounted for. I've seen so many cheap metal backs from China, that advertise as "Titanium (colored) metal" which is nothing more than anodized aluminum over plastic. This was made according to how it was originally intended.
That is all good and well but how does it compare with this guys case which is on sale now?
