Tivo to iPod... Help/Advice?

ok, so here is my setup.
AluMac 24" 4 gig ram
TivoHD
Toast 8 with tivo transfer

Software I have:
Visual Hub
Handbrake
Toast 8
Tivo Transfer
Tivo Desktop


my questions is, how do i turn the .tivo file into an Mp4 or dvd?

yea, i want to be able to use this file on my apple tv. any way to get a better file than 320x240? toast locks you to a file in 320x240 variety
