on cydia it says "tmobiel zone hack" $5.99 bla bla i can't explain i just restored my phone back to normal.

If you unlock your phone and go to T-Mobile, it's there so you can have data on your phone for 5.99 instead of the 20$.

And wouldn't that be illegal as a one-time?

I'm using the 5.99$ tzones data plan on my iphone, don't think tmobile offers it anymore though.
