To 3.0 Testers... Repeat Alert and Vibrate then Ring?

Does the new OS feature either of the following features?

a) Repeat alert for missed calls (I already saw a screenshot that shows it is an option for messages)

b) Vibrate-then-ring

I'm pretty sure I saw a SS that does show that you can turn off notifications for messages... let me see if I can find it.

There is a toggle for repeat message reminders.

I am wondering if such a toggle exists for missed calls. No such feature OR enabler is in 2.2.1

Also, any word on SMS character count? Just wondering if some of the long running issues have been addressed.
