Why not? If she's not hiding anything, there should be no problem about at her iPhone. Yes you should respect her privacy, but try to just ask her and see if say " something doesn't work in your iPhone so you wanna Check on hers" if she acts strange and doesn't let you, start to get a little worried.

Her: Leave and don't look back. She obviously is looking around.

Neither of your are mature enough to be in a serious/committed relationship. Both of you need to grow up and move on.
