I'm looking for freeware that is designed to make to do lists. Any suggestions?

P.S. It has to be Tiger-compatible.

I really like Omnifocus, but it might be overkill if one is looking for a to-do list app. Omnifocus does so much more (and I use it everyday) and it isn't freeware. If one is looking for a GTD app I would highly recommend Omnifocus. For a very simple to-do list app, Check Off works well.

I recommend Remember the Milk. It's web-based, but can be used offline through Google Gears. It's free (although there's a Pro version that has some syncing abilities), and works extremely well. Plus, you can access it from any computer.
