Phrasing!

Anyways, this is my first time going caseless since 3GS. A week so far and it's all good. But I'm having to be super gingerly about laying it down. Thinking of getting a clear bestskinsever but what about the camera?

Should I be worried about that camera lens getting scratched since it's bumped out?

I am still using my JB plus naked. No scratch whatsoever. I am not particularrly babying the phone...just being a little extra careful. I have the apple dock and always use that at work...never keep the phone flat on the desk. And at home, it is resting on a pillow or something soft. Nevertheless, I was using my 6 Plus always naked and 6s Plus naked most of the time. And the camera lens never scratched. And yet, you might see few threads related to iPhone 7, where people claim that the lens does scratch. So, my best suggestion to you would be to get the dock. Your phone won't scratch and nor would the lens

I use a mousepad to set my phone down on when it's charging. Pretty much only behavioral change I've made so far. The sapphire glass used for the camera lens should protect them just fine.

My first JB iPhone 7+ had a blemish right out of the box on the camera lens. Wasn't a surface scratch because there were no scratches on the bevel around the camera.

Went to the Apple Store and they confirmed that it was a manufacturer defect and they replaced it the next day when a unit came in.

I am using my Jeb Black 7+ naked too. I have a Red Silicone case ordered that I will use when I am going to be walking around with it for awhile, like with Pokemon Go sessions, but otherwise plan to use it naked. It has been holding up great so far, I can barely see the micro abrasions. The main thing I see are all the fingerprint smudges.

I plan on getting a Black iPhone Lightning dock once Best Buy has them in stock for my desk. ( I have some Best Buy store credit to use, so I will end up only paying about $12 for the dock once it is said and done.) Have a white one for my bedside table and I love it. At work, I usually keep it in a padded pocket of my backpack, so no worries there.

I keep hearing the iPhone 7 doesn't use sapphire glass for it's covering.

I was so afraid of setting mine down or dropping it that I for the first time bought an apple leather case for my jet black. I bought midnight blue and I love it!

I dropped mine yesterday. Back scratched back a bit but you can't notice without putting it in the light. Cracked corner of screen. Glad I got apple care+

i didn't think the stores had any jb 7+

My Jet Black looks like some trash
Scratches everywhere

For the people who say they've had theirs for weeks and see no scratches, wipe the phone down with a soft cloth to a mirror finish, and look at the bottom
