I just wan't what's easiest to setup >.<

Get the crucial M4 kit like I linked before.

You could also bump up to the 256GB, I'd recommend at least that, 128GB is not very much, but to each their own.

The kit includes a little USB cable right in the box, plug your SSD into that and then plug that into your MacBook Pro. Then, go to disk utility, select your new Crucial M4, click 'restore' and select 'Macintosh HD' as the source. Give it a few minutes, then when it's done, shut down the MBP and swap out the factory drive with the SSD. It should boot right up like like it did before (only faster)

I bought the Crucial m4 kit, and the installation went smoothly.. No problems at all.. I'll NEVER go back to a HDD ever again! The silence and speed is just amazing :D

I'm on a '12 with a SSD installed, and I've only heard the fans when I played games and once when I was doing something that locked up my finder. I have otherwise never heard the fans on this computer, but that could just be my usage.

My old 2011 macbook pro 13 inch, def made noise and got warm in my lap when multitasking. It wasn't crazy loud but enough to notice.
