To report Lion bugs to apple go here ....

    if you scroll down there is a section for OSX Apps you can find Mac OS X. If people are having issues these issues should be reported to apple so they can be aware of them.

    No, to report a bug you go here: http://bugreport.apple.com

    to request a feature that you would like to see Apple implement, then click on the link you provided.

    That ones for developers only. For regular users, the link provided by the OP is the one to use. ;)

    you can choose what type of feedback you want to report. You can choose bugs :)

    This is what people should do but for some reason people (including me) likes to point it out in here.

    I guess it is because sometimes it is not a bug, there is a workaround, fix and of course, we have a reply.

    you should point it out here as you say there might be a workaround ... also that link can be used to give suggestion for features, UI elements ...etc people should check it out, as it seems to be the way to get to their voice to apple :)
