You don't give us much to go on. If you are only having problems with itunes help, I'd redownload and reinstall latest itunes from itunes.apple.com
So are you connected to the internet when you see that message?Sorry about that. From iTunes Help menu I click on iTunes Help, the Help Viewer pops up with a list of topics on the left side. Clicking on any of them just gets me a "The selected topic is currently unavailable. To see all iTunes Help, you must be connected to the Internet." message.
