Does AT&T nullify the 2 year contract extention? I'm assuming they have to legally. With the laundry list of issues I've had with this thing (no sim error, 3G unable to load anything in places my old iPhone had no trouble, antenna contact signal drop) I'm pretty much done. I'm gonna refuse to pay the restocking fee too, threaten to change carriers.

As far as I know, if you're within the 30 day period, AT&T will "reset" your contract to where it was prior to your purchase of the iP4.

Sorry to hear about all the problems you're having...

yes they will put your contract back to what it was before the upgrade, or if you didn't have a contract before you can drop it all together.

Yeah, it sucks because I loved the 3G, never had any major issues at all. I love a lot about the 4 too, but apple & AT&T don't really seem to care about thee issues.
