Toast 9 only $39.99?

I found an upgrade link on Roxio's website to get Toast 9 for $59.99, but even after reading the fine print, I can't see anything preventing someone from also getting the $20 Rebate so long as you have a valid copy of Toast 8 (for example). Can anyone prove me wrong?

If this is indeed true, maybe I'll upgrade. Considering I bought Toast 8 only like 3 months ago.

Same here. I just bought Toast 8 a month ago and waiting on the first rebate. Now need to update again? Not sure it is worth it yet.
