So for the longest time I thought my watch is busted because I would feel/hear the same three tick-tock pattern no matter turning left or right even though I read from the manual that they are supposed to be different taps.

When accidentally today, I left my watch on mute after work and all of a sudden I could "feel" the difference. Apparently the sound tricks your brain because even though the sound is the same for both directions, the tap is different. And when the sound is off, it's very obvious that turning right is 12 taps but left is 6 taps.

Just thought for those who don't feel the difference should try this next time. Once my brain registered it, now I can feel it every time even with sounds.
