Interesting that they kept the M295X GPU off the refurb store for so long.

I don't think that they did that on purpose. Not a lot of people buy and return the higher-end models.

Well the good part of this is we don’t have to hear people repeat “Well there’s no M295Xs in the refurb section” for any discussion on performance issues.

Or, perhaps it's that all the returns for the M295X were all for D.O.A. and they had to fix them before they could re-sell the units. Nobody wants a defective iMac regardless of how superior some think the video card is over another.

What I find more interesting however is that Canada is getting a super great deal on the iMac's right now.

Like the i7 16gb 512SSD m295X listed at $2969 US is only $3199 CAD. that works out to $2510 when you figure out the exchange rate.

By law of averages, there will be hundreds if not thousands of M295X returns in all various builds. There is an equal number of reasons to return ANY build.

    I returned mine, for one.

Maybe as simple as pushing sales of new iMacs?

Yeah, I agree with you. Just saying I think less people buy the top-end models.

Actually I wanted to return mine but here in Israel the return policy is different and less consumer-friendly than the USA.
