I stopped by the local Apple Store today. They have Macbook Pros and iMacs on sale. Wifi Ipads are down to about $460. iPod Touches and Nanos are also marked down. Not a bad sale but nothing I needed today was marked down enough to make me jump. Discounts range from 10 to 20 percent which is well worth driving down if you happen to need what Apple has on sale today. I like the 13 in MBP but I already own a 13 in white Macbook so I'm more interested in a 15 in MBP or possibly a MBA.
I played with the 11 inch MBA and it is very tempting. It feels just like my iPad in my hands, but it's a full computer (with small internal storage). It has 2 usb ports, a display port and a power port. With tiny internal storage, I wish it had firewire but I might just decide to go for the 11 inch MBA as my next machine. Alas it wasn't one of the ones being marked down today.
