Todays Carrier Update?

Does anyone know what the carrier update did for the original iPhone? Came up in my iTunes today when I was syncing...
 
I didn't have an update on the 25th since I have the original iPhone... I checked to see if there was a surprise MMS update on my phone, resulted in an epic fail 🙂
