Is there an Apple Store near you? I'd take it in.

Been using Airs since the new design came out (I think 2010), and I've had MAYBE 1-2 kernel panics in 3 years. If you are seeing that frequently, something is wrong.
 
I've had mine since 2011 and it's a fairly recent niggle! I'll take it in unless any bright spark has ideas for things I can do before letting go on my entire life for a few days!

I would bet two dollars it is this kext causing the crash. Follow this to uninstall Rapport.
 
Goodness - that was a mission in itself!
Right, I think Trusteers gone. I've had that installed longer than the panics have been happening but fingers crossed that's solved it - sure sounds like there are a lot of complaints about it!

Sorry you are having trouble. I can say I've had several days without a panic since I removed Trusteer!!

It looks to me like there is a conflict between Mavericks and the drivers for that device. Your options are remove the drivers and stop using the device, or see if the manufacturer has updated drivers for Mavericks that fix the problem.

I was suggesting removing the drivers as a troubleshooting method to see if that fixes the problem. At least then you know what you need to do.

Get a 3G router or something similar, such as a MiFi. Huawei has them, too.

I think this is better, since you just use WiFi to connect to the device, then the device gives you internet. No messy drivers, just standard protocols.

so it's obviously coming from the datacard. Hopefully the mfgr has an updated driver.
 
How do I completely uninstall the drivers? And according to you, if I change the key router, I solve the problem? I don't know which keys are compatible with Mavericks.

No updated driver. Unfortunately the last update dates from 2009.

com.huawei.driver.HuaweiDataCardACMData is your problem, so remove/uninstall that.
