    Hi,

Yesterday I tried to play Tomb Raider 4 under Windows on my Mac. Theres a really big problem though. After playing for a couple of minuites the character you play as decides to control herself and wander all over the place. I have looked all over and I can't find anyone else with this problem. I was thinking, perhaps it's got something to do with the fact the mouse is plugged into the keyboard?

The game works fine on my old PC.

    Any help much appreciated.

UPDATE: I unplugged everything from my computer except the power and the character was still controlling herself.

    Any suggestions?

P.S: I'm starting to get the feeling your ignoring me.

That might be because, you're a little light on details. What Mac? What Windows? BootCamp? VM?

If anything, it sounds more like a Windows issue, than anything to do with running it on Windows ( somewhow ), on a Mac. In which case, you might be out of luck....

Sounds to me like the game is entering some kind of "demo mode" or "hint mode".

I found on larashome.com the text "Demo Mode - Esc To Exit". Maybe you accidentally activated demo mode or something.

I don't think there is anything wrong with your computer. I think that a little bit of tinkering will reveil the problem.

It's not a demo mode, Lara is running in circles and walking into walls.

I've had the same problem with Tomb raider legend. I was able to fix it by updating the drivers of my grafics-card. You should try that, or putting the details on low...
