not all apps have been updated to work with IOS5 yet...just have a bit of patience.
incidentally, are you using v1 or 2? I wouldn't use 2 since the tone trigger engine causes havoc and does things like activate your bluetooth (ie if you're in a car and you are connected via bluetooth and a tone goes off, your car stereo mutes for 10-15 seconds which is hugely annoying)

V2 its the only way i can change Facebook/twitter and other push tones. Nothing else i've found can do this. and i've never had any bother yet guess i've been lucky. Will keep trying it for ios5 and pray it gets updated.
