If your using and upgrade u cant cause you have to wait 48-72hrs for your upgrade to reset. If you are not using upgrade option they shouldnt have a problem. Good luck
Actually it can take less than 5 minutes up to 72 hours. I placed an order on apple.com and stood in line on launch day. Made a reservation pass for the 6 Plus since they had them in stock. I cancelled my online order and got my eligibility back within seconds.
But yes quite a few have reported that they didn't get it back right after they cancelled.
Yes you are correct at launch day they did it right away. Now its not the same, at least thats what my friend that works at apple told me.
