Tons of Modem Resets on my iPhone 4

not sure what's causing this, but getting tons of dropped calls. Didn't have this problem with my 3GS. Any thoughts? So far I'm pretty unhappy with the 4 vs my 3GS (except for the camera).

Are you using voip?

My wifi keeps shutting off on my iPhone 4 and when I try to re-access it, it tells me I'm unable to connect.

Must be a OS bug.
