Hey guys, I know that some of you complain that it takes a lot of pressure to register a click on the trackpad. I have the exact opposite problem. For me, it is too easy to "click" the trackpad. Sometimes, when I go to tap, it actually clicks. It is especially sensitive near the bottom.

Also the bottom of the right side has more "play" when you depress it than the bottom left side.

I have read about tightening the screw behind the battery but I have a 2010 13" MBP model so i'm not sure I can remove the battery. I have a genius appointment on wednesday.

What can/will Apple do?

Thanks!

They'll probably unscrew the bottom of your MBP and adjust the screw then. Should take all of about 5 minutes.

Ok, well in that case, I will let the genius do it. As long as they CAN fix it, I'm happy.😀

Hopefully the genius sees this as a problem and doesnt just say "oh thats normal".
