May 27, 2007 #3 1) Repair permissions. 2) Rebuild your database using Database Utility under Applications > Microsoft Office 2004 > Office > Database Utility I have 1,500 entries in Entourage's address book and it runs fine on my G4 Powerbook. You might also check for MS Office updates via the Help menu.

I'm on an IMAP windows network. do i need to do anything different?

Do they have restrictions set on the computer?
