I took my iPad back a few weeks ago but before I did i forgot to cancel my data plan within the iPad. I just saw where I was charged for another month. I went to AT&T to see about stoping the service and they told me I had to cancel through iTunes. Well I can not find where i need to do this in iTunes.

Not true. I live in Europe but have a US iPad and activated my iPad while in the US. I came back to Europe and forgot to de-activate my account. Called AT&T and they did it on the phone and I even got a refund.

Be persistent.

Because you don't have a phone number, AT&T store was not able to help you.

Why don't you just call and AT&T customer service? They can look it up by your credit card number for sure..

unlucky mate

You should be able to cancel through AT&T, as they have you on record, they can freeze the account you have with them
