ny somewhere
just got a new mbp, and am trying to replace the HD.
amazon sold me a tool kit, but the screw is smaller than the tools i got!

what do i need to remove the 4 screws?? ugh...

The mounting screws on the hard drive are usually a T6 (sometimes a T8, but I think that's only the older models). If you have good electronics store nearby (not a Best Buy or something that like, but a Fry's or a real electronics store), they'll probably have one, or you can order it online.

Here's one on Amazon for reference: http://www.amazon.com/Cellet-Torx-T...M76G/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1322519362&sr=8-3

ah well. tonite i was going to get everything together, but the toolkit amazon sold me does not have a torx screwdriver small enough for the HD screws.

will try radio shack or best buy tomorrow.
