Hi, i downloaded "photoshop cs4 ME" for mac and was trying to register it with the instructions, but my proxy app stopped working, i have to give manual "" proxy to my browser (i use firefox) and use toonel, but after i did the instructions it says proxy server refused connection, it's the same message it would give me whenever i would forget to open the toonel app before start surfing the web with the entered proxy, the instructions was this :

Launch a new terminal window and copy and paste:

    sudo /Applications/TextEdit.app/Contents/MacOS/TextEdit /etc/hosts

Hit return and type your admin password.

A file should automatically open using TextEdit.

    Hit return (in the opened file) and copy and paste: activate.adobe.com practivate.adobe.com ereg.adobe.com activate.wip3.adobe.com wip3.adobe.com 3dns-3.adobe.com 3dns-2.adobe.com adobe-dns.adobe.com adobe-dns-2.adobe.com adobe-dns-3.adobe.com ereg.wip3.adobe.com activate-sea.adobe.com wwis-dubc1-vip60.adobe.com activate-sjc0.adobe.com

Save the the file, DO NOT Save As….

    Finalize (Mac OS X Leopard)

Launch a new terminal window and copy and paste:

    sudo dscacheutil -flushcache

i dont know about commanding and stuff but i thought it might be because of the sudo dscacheutil -flushcache part, so what should i do now? :(
    Thanks :)

You should probably contact Adobe for help with this. They'll be more than happy to assist you with it.
