I have these playlits on my iTunes (Windows desktop) but dont have them on my phone. How do I create them or have them on my phone? Thanks for your help in advance!
 
You can't "make" a SmartPlaylist on your iOS device. However you can copy it over in Apple Music or iTunes sync.
