Top 50 Posters Extrapolated, July 2019

According to the graphs, I need a fallback plan.

It is quite generous of you to take on that role.
It's pretty tough to stay consistent in the posting when I get banned from time to time. My bad.
I have received a few warnings in my time here, but have fortunately avoided the ban hammer.
Fun With Graphs: August Update
This is an update to some graphs made in July.
The first updated graph is for the Race Into the Top 10, where @Relentless Power was close, but hadn't made it yet. As before, I've included @Eidorian, but he was pushed down to #11 when @Apple fanboy moved into the Top 10 in the July stats. Still, it represents a benchmark that must be passed, and that's what happened.
First, here's an extract of Table 1, using data captured today:

In this graph, @mkrishnan is a proxy for entering the Top 10.
We can see that @Relentless Power surpassed @Eidorian somewhere in the week between 21 July and 28 July.
We also see that @Apple fanboy continues his push to surpass @mad jew, although the slight downward curve suggests a bit of slacking.

The second updated graph shows several selected users, and graphs the number of posts made per week, rather than post count growth from week to week.
We can see an upward trend for @Scepticalscribe and @Shirasaki, a downward trend for @Relentless Power (but a promising rise near the end), an irregular but mostly flat trend for @Doctor Q, and a continuing roller-coaster for @C DM.

An upward trend?
Well, I have not been sent abroad to keep an eye on electoral or political matters elsewhere since April, so that may have had an impact on such things.
Although, on closer inspection, there was a week - or a fortnight - in July, when and where a few professional matters seemed to intrude; this seems to have co-related fairly closely with a dip in online activity and - above all - posting online.

Fun With Graphs (and Tables): September Update
The past few weeks have had some interesting changes in post-count statistics. There were several changes in rank, which I'll present first in Table 1 extracts, then in graphs.
Here are extracts of the most recent weekly statistics, for Table 1: Current Top 50 Posters.. The extracts are listed oldest first. You can see the date of each extract above column 2, which lists user names.
(All the Rate and Delta columns represent changes since the July 4 stats, not week-to-week.)
On 2019-09-01 we see that @Relentless Power has moved up one slot since the stats of July 04.
Then on 2019-09-08 he's moved into the Top 10, pushing out @mkrishnan.
Finally, on 2019-09-15 we see two additional changes: @Apple fanboy surpasses @mad jew, and @Scepticalscribe moves past @GGJstudios into 3rd place.
Looking back at Table 5 from July 4, we see that @Apple fanboy was projected to surpass @mad jew's post count on Sep 10. That prediction was very close, because @Apple fanboy ended up making his move on Sep 15. Ordinarily, I wouldn't have the detail down this fine, but it turned out I checked his post count a couple hours before I collected the stats, and he was a few posts shy. I had some other tasks to do first, so when the stats finally ran, he'd edged past by 2 posts. If you check his current post count, he's well past it, and already streaking toward @GoCubsGo.
Next are a couple of graphs showing the weekly post-counts for a selected few users.
First, @Scepticalscribe and @GGJstudios:
The line for @Applejuiced shows who @Scepticalscribe passed most recently, in the July 4 stats, to move into 4th. @C DM is in 2nd place overall, and may be at risk. Here's an extract of the Jan 2020 projection:
There's only about 100 posts separating the two contenders, so it could go either way.
Next, the Race Into Top 10 graph shows both @Relentless Power's moves to reach the Top 10, and @Apple fanboy barely passing @mad jew.

Actually, I had spotted that @Apple fanboy was about to overtake @mad jew this past week end, and assumed it occur either yesterday or today.
Mind you, I had not also expected to meet - and pass - a similar marker myself yesterday.
In other words, you "were in the room where it happened." Nice coincidence!
