Top Applications for New Mac Users :)

I think we should add a sticky somewhere in the forums that will have a list of the top 10 or so must have applications for Mac. This will help a lot with our Mac Users especially the new ones. I know that they have these list and can easily be searched through google, but it would add an easy convenience for those that are too lazy to search

Also we can have user suggestions and reviews/comments about each applications
