The media keys, the brightness keys and the volume keys don't work. Only the F3 and F4 work. Is there anything I can do, or is this something for the apple store?

GuitarG20 macrumors 65816 Nov 26, 2011 #3 this might seem obvious, but make sure that it's selected in system preferences to use the keys as the buttons on them and not functions... That should be deselected if you want to use the button for the functions pictured on them (media, brightness, keyboard backlight, etc)
