I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 7. I have gone through settings -> safari -> smart search and disabled "preload top hits". I have cleared history and cookies multiple times. I have nothing in my reading list or favorites. However, the top hits still show for something I have only viewed once. Any advice? I'm getting beyond annoyed.
