Top Notch Customer Support

    Just to give credit where it's due, I recently contacted Apple Customer Support regarding a recent order and a warranty issue. I'll refrain from boring you all with the details, but the lady on the phone was polite, charming, knowledgeable and efficient. She solved my problem in minutes and sent my product replacement on its way as we spoke free of charge. The folks at the Apple Store I visited in person were similarly obliging. Thank you Apple!

    I had an awesome experience just two days ago when my headphone jack stopped working and the phone showed no sim installed error when there was a sim card in there. And they were really quite nice.

    There was lint in the headphone jack and the guy said he could just give me a brand new iPhone and I did get a brand new one! Very happy and satisfied. :)

    Great, I didn't intend to re-visit this thread as I just wanted to share my good experience, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one!
