Top priorities for FCPX system?

Given a finite budget, what should be the order of priorities in setting up a nMP for Final Cut Pro X?

Core count? GPU? Memory?

Is 64GB overkill for FCP, or will it make use of it all? The reviews tend to come with maxed out systems, which makes it hard to figure out what components are the limiting factors...
