I almost upgraded from an 8 to a 14 until I realized I'd be stuck with Lightning for years to come. Now I'm just waiting for the 15 and USB-C for no other reason other than that.

Same here. iPhone 11 Pro Max. If the 15 has USB-C will buy it, if not, I'll be waiting for 16.
Also want to downgrade from the Pro to the regular, I'm tired of paying this much for a phone, so here's hoping they don't do the dick move of only giving USB-C to the Pro models.

I will never buy any new apple device iPhone or AirPod without usb-c

I find 6.7 too small for a pro max model
