websites, uhhhh?....Very specific software and need. You maybe will have luck in the Web ( a la Google). But then, the resources itself are TOR sites.....😕.....😱

all you need to do is use a webserver - TOR does all the TOR work
you'll install TOR and then your webserver, and then you'll create a rule to include traffic to and from the listening port on your local webserver
