Toronto Apple Stores & Wait Times Stories [iPhone 4 launch]

What the chance of getting an unlocked 32GB @ Square One if I come bY 6:00pm? I read that Apple stores have enough stock to last the weekend (1000+ per store) but how are the wait times (5hrs...seriously?) and do they have any left?

I'll post some Twitter comments for some group analysis soon 🙂
