These are the orginal 'Apple' ones so i would guess they are as fast!

The OWC models from macsales.com are supposed to be about 15% faster if you are looking to boost speed.

AFAIK Toshiba only sells SSDs to OEMs. I have yet to find a non-renamed Toshiba SSD from a reseller.

You're right, the benchmarks say they are faster, but forums are littered with people having problems with DOAs and other reliability issues. I'm not super comfortable with OWC SSDs yet...
