The only big thing it has going for it is battery life, which is said to be significantly lower once you use WMF and all. and I actually agree with you. But someone else on the forum was talking about "sides" and pretty much about this being a Mac-only place.

Defend the iPod, by all means! I'll back you up. I don't like Windows Media either, but I also don't like SOME people on the forum thinking that this, I don't know, microsuck.com, instead of macrumors.com.
