Tonight there is a total lunar eclipse visible throughout North America. I hope you can get a chance to see it.

Thanks for that reminder - scouted around upstairs and down but there's too much Jack Frost on my windows and way too cold to go outside for it. Going to be hunting up nice photos for desktop options though. I remember scarfing up some great pix from an earlier lunar eclipse, one was a stunning triptych sort of presentation: waxing, total, waning.

Crystal clear and cold night here. Moon looks to be about 1/4-1/3 covered and perfectly visible.

I'd like to see it, but I also don't want my soul to evaporite in this freezing weather.

I saw it when it was partial. Ten minutes later it was downpouring. Clouds rolled in just in time to block it. :(

It was clear earlier in the night, but all too cloudy, alas, by the time the eclipse occurred.

Saw it here too, partly. Wasn’t that interesting in following it though.
I was more interested in the effects of it that was magical.

Saw maybe 90% of it before clouds moved in. Really neat!

Had clear skies for it, but I was in the city. Still neat to see.
